JDM Technology Group has acquired two construction software companies, Penta Technologies and STRUXI

The newly acquired businesses join a growing lineup of construction software companies in JDM’s portfolio, including Computer Guidance Corporation, Explorer Software, JOBPOWER, and Maestro Technologies.
